Environmental Social and Safeguard for the Private sector Projects in Nigeria.

The Africa Development Bank, Nigeria supported by Natural Eco capital,  had a Capacity Building Program for FIs, Private Sector Clients and Regional Task Managers  on Environmental Social and Safeguard. The two day training that was held October 16-17, 2019 at the AFDB head office Strengthening the knowledge and skills of the private sector clients and Regional staff to enable the growth of the Bank’s business and support growth in Africa.

Its reinforcing the Bank’s approach to project due diligence through proactive, rather than reactive measures, using risk management to drive and sustain quality throughout the project cycle. The programme also unskilled  the participants’ knowledge and ability to mainstream Safeguard quality at entry, during implementation and at exit
