The National Environmental Standards And Regulations Enforcement Agency (NESREA), had a two day program on Circular Economy And Environmental Governance, the CEO of Natural Eco Capital, Dr. Eugene Itua was one of the speakers. He spoke on Sustainable Consumption & Production: Citizens’ Participation in Circular Economy. The needs to shift to sustainable production and consumption model which is more efficient with the goal to shrink carbon footprint to zero.
