The Lagos-Calabar Costal Highway Project

The Federal Government of Nigeria, through the Federal Ministry of Works with the support of Natural Eco Capital and HITECH, intends to develop the Lagos-Calabar Coastal highway (753km). The road corridor provides a direct connection to and from the Coastal and commercial city of Lagos to other Coastal states of Ogun, Ondo, Edo,Delta, Bayelsa, Rivers, Akwa-Ibom, and cross river state, southwest, and South-South Nigeria.

Working with other stakeholders, Natural Eco Capital has embarked on the project’s EIA and RAP activities. Phase 1, section 1 of the project has commenced, Starts at 0km and ends at 47.4km
