STATE GOVERNMENT OF OSUN & NATURAL ECO CAPITAL LIMITED signed a MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING on February 1, 2018 to harness job creation potential of the waste management sector in the state and make waste recycling an attractive and profitable business for unemployed youths and low-income actors.
