Webinar Replay: Mainstreaming Climate Change in Lines of Credits of Financial Institutions

On Tuesday, September 15, 2002, the Climate Change and Green Growth Department (PECG) at the African Development Bank (AfDB) and Natural Eco Capital held a webinar on Mainstreaming Climate Change in Lines of Credits of Financial Institutions to review and dialogue the developed tool on Climate Change Screening and Assessment Toolkits for Green Investment for SMEs in Africa, this focused on how to inculcate climate change protocols and criteria in investment decisions.

The webinar was well facilitated by season experts from Financial sectors, Environmental regulators and Sustainability professionals who shared explicit knowledge on the need to put the financial sector at the centre of climate action in Africa.

With the registration of over 100 stakeholders from the financial sector, government agencies, SME, Private sectors and others in  Africa, the webinar create awareness and strengthen the knowledge of the participants as their question were well-given attention.
